For two decades I have been obsessed with sport, movement, psychology, fitness and everything that come with it! I am going to keep this simple, because it is my job to make your life easier.
With a degree in Sports Science and Coaching, and over two decades of experience in the sport and fitness industry, former CrossFit athlete competing at World Championship events global, I know I can bring the elite to every fitness, accountability journey.
I have coached 1000s of people globally from a young age. I am proud to say I was brave to jump on a plane over a decade ago to see what I could learn and who I could coach!
I am grateful to have created these opportunities.
I have honed in my skills as a personal trainer in prestigious gyms across the UK and Dubai, working with corporate environments, with families, brands, VIPs, influencers and those who prioritise their health and fitnesss above all else.
My approach focuses on achieving results quickly and sustainably, while avoiding injuries, burnout and following that next fad or trend on social media.
