More energy, less fatigue.

WHAT DO WE ALL STRUGGLE WITH THE MOST?

It is humbling to know, you are not alone! I have done some digging and found some interesting research from journalists during 2025, as to why people struggle with low energy and fatigue.

With SO much information out there, why is it still SO hard to feel better, move efficiently, and know what to eat to gain ultimate energy and combat fatigue.

Here are my TOP finds!

  1. Lack of motivation / consistency: “I’ll start … but I don’t stay on it.” Over half admit they set plans but give them up early.

  2. Not knowing where to start or having unrealistic expectations: Some feel lost in what they should do; others expect fast results and give up when they don’t see them.

  3. Cost / resources / environment: Gym memberships, healthy food costs, or lack of equipment/time are real obstacles.

  4. Body-image, confidence & social barriers: Especially older adults or beginners may feel embarrassed, out of place, or intimidated.

  5. Competing life demands & priorities: Work stress, family, recovery, and not seeing the progress quickly make it harder to sustain.

  6. Physical limitations / health issues: Injuries, chronic illness, or mobility issues make standard fitness routines harder.

  7. Mindset traps: Viewing health/fitness as something “extra” rather than integrated into life; giving up when perfect is the only acceptable.

“The habits that have become part of our life are amazingly easy to default to…

eal success has been achieved when you say can…

instead of thinking ‘I can’t eat that’, your mind says ‘I don’t eat that’.”

how do we combat the above?

In light of keeping my blogs short and sweet to read I will break each struggle into a separate blog post.
